Book online
Pick dates, add gear to your cart and pay by card. You get a receipt and confirmation by email right away.
Pick up or delivery
Pick up in Calgary from 9 am on your start date, or add delivery and we bring it to you. Bring photo ID.
Shoot
Everything is cleaned, tested and charged. Stuck? Message us and a working filmmaker answers.
Return
Bring it back by 10 am on your return date. That morning is free. Late returns are charged a day.
How are days counted?
By nights out. Monday to Tuesday is one day. Day one is the full rate and each extra day is half. Seven days never cost more than three day-rates. Friday pickup with Monday return counts as one day.
What does damage protection cover?
It's 12% of the rental and covers accidental damage with a deductible per claim. It does not cover theft from an unattended vehicle, loss or misuse. If you have your own production insurance, untick protection and bring your certificate at pickup.
Do I need anything to rent the drone?
Yes. A Transport Canada pilot certificate (Basic or Advanced). We check it at pickup.
Can I cancel or change dates?
Free changes or a full refund up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours we can move your dates or give credit for a future rental.
Can I get help using the gear?
Every rental includes a quick walkthrough at pickup. Want more? Ask for a one-hour lesson for $75, or book us to shoot it for you.
Do you deliver?
Yes, $60 for drop-off and pickup anywhere in Calgary. Canmore and Banff by quote.
