Pick a package and a date. Hold it with a $1,000 deposit. Move the date later if plans change. Balance is due two weeks before.
Card payments open shortly. Your date request is noted. Message Tyson and he'll hold it for you and send an invoice by email.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $1,000 deposit isn't refundable, because we turn other couples away for your date. But it's never lost: move your wedding to any open date from your plan page at no cost.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. Pick "Split it monthly" at checkout and the balance is charged to the same card in equal monthly payments, finishing two weeks before the wedding. Or pay in full and save 3%.
Our date shows as taken. Is there any way?
Tap the date anyway and ask for special accommodation. A second crew, a shorter day or a shuffle on our side can sometimes make it work. You'll hear back within the day.
Do you travel?
Calgary, Canmore and Banff are included. Anywhere else in Alberta or BC, we add travel at cost and tell you up front.
Will you get in our photographer's way?
No. We use small cameras and no big lights, and we plan positions with your photographer before the day. Or book our photography too and it's one team.
What if it rains or plans change on the day?
We bring weather gear and plan an indoor backup at the run-through. If the timeline runs long, add an extra hour on the spot for $250.
When do we get our film?
A teaser within days. Highlight films in about 6 weeks, Feature and Legacy in about 4, delivered to a private gallery you can share and download.
Can we choose the music?
Tell us songs you love at the meet and greet. We license music that fits so your film can be shared anywhere without being muted.
